Last updated: 16 September 2026

1. Who We Are

TradingWaves.org is an independent trading education website focused on market structure, Elliott Wave, technical analysis, risk discipline, and trader development.

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your personal data is handled, you can contact us at: info@tradingwaves.org .

2. Information We May Collect

We may collect personal information that you choose to provide, including your email address, name, and any message or enquiry you send to TradingWaves.

If you register interest in TradingWaves Journal or subscribe to updates, we may collect your email address and any related subscription preferences or tags used to manage the email list.

We may also collect technical and usage information through analytics tools, server logs, and cookies. This may include page views, approximate location, browser type, device type, referral source, and interaction data.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• respond to enquiries and messages;
• send requested updates or email communications;
• manage early interest in TradingWaves Journal;
• understand how visitors use the website;
• improve website content, structure, and user experience;
• maintain website security and prevent misuse.

4. Email Marketing

If you subscribe to updates or register interest in TradingWaves Journal, we may send you relevant emails about TradingWaves content, Journal development, early access, launch updates, and related educational material.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us directly.

5. Analytics And Cookies

With your consent, TradingWaves uses optional analytics and attribution cookies, including Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica, to understand website traffic and visitor behaviour. You may accept or reject these optional cookies, and you can change your choice later using the Cookie choices control in the website footer.

When you intentionally continue from TradingWaves.org to TradingWaves Journal after accepting optional cookies, we may use a pseudonymous first-party acquisition identifier to measure that journey. The browser first-touch context is retained for up to 90 days by default. Related server-side acquisition evidence is retained for up to 12 months under our current product policy.

The acquisition cookie and handoff context do not contain your email address, a device fingerprint, an IP-derived commercial identity, a TradingWaves Journal account ID, or a Stripe identity. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent ordinary access to the site.

6. Legal Basis For Processing

Where applicable, we process personal information based on one or more lawful bases, including your consent, our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website, and the need to respond to enquiries or provide requested communications.

7. Service Providers

We may use third-party providers to operate the website, manage hosting, process email marketing, and measure analytics. These may include Hostinger, Hostinger Reach, Google Analytics, and Yandex Metrica.

These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies and applicable data protection terms.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law, security, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.

Email marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise these rights, contact us at: info@tradingwaves.org .

10. International Transfers

Because website hosting, analytics, and email marketing providers may operate in multiple countries, your information may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards should apply through the relevant service provider terms.

11. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, but no website, email system, or online service can guarantee absolute security.

12. Financial Disclaimer

TradingWaves provides educational and informational content only. We do not provide personalized investment advice, trade recommendations, account management, or guaranteed outcomes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
